Description
Increased toxicity in ocean water pressured a particular species of squid to adapt, and fast. Their tenticles are larger and more adapted for land. However, they're still primarily aquatic, only able to emerge for short periods.

Then I thought about trying to design an unrealistic squid decendants. At this point I have nothing beter to do, plus it's a bit of experimentation, I suppose. All my adaptations will have an explanation, it's just highly implausible.

So, I thought about how splatoon's "inklings" are meant to be decendants of squids to some capacity. And I just was thinking to myself "Well, they just made humans with tentacle hair" (I'm not making fun of the design, I actually like inklings).
