Description

The bizarre three-engined XB-51 first flew in 1949. Extremely advanced for its time, it was eventually passed over in favor of the Canberra and only two were built. (This is version 2 of my earlier effort.)

@Petry89: It's Dr. Robotnik from the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon. He's become quite an icon on Youtube...

Hey you know what? A Bell X-1 would make the perfect addition to your X-class planes from the USAF. Wikipedia it if you don't know what I'm on about. (remember its orange!).

Nice! The tail end looks accurate for these early jp aircraft, but I'm by no means no expert! M500 has a VCC (Vehicle Creators Club) going. There is also a Big Rig contest going by none other than the same M5K!

A nicely done rework. The third engine installation is perfect, and I also like the way You built the fairing between the rudder and the elevator.

die Kiste ist von einer brutalen Eleganz - bestes Nachkriegsdesign - erstklassisch umgesetzt
