Description
Sula nebouxii
Distribution-Likes to be sub-tropical tropical islands. Along the Pacific coast in California, Mexico, and South America. The end is Peru. They are present in the Galapagos.
Diet-Fish
A seabird part of the family Sulidae that contains gannets and boobies. The most noticeable thing about this bird is its bright blue feet used in its courtship.
Males and females appear to look alike from distance. In reality, there are some differences. The females are larger than the male, have larger pupils, and have brighter blue feet.
Juveniles are duller in coloration. They have a brown head and back. Have a white belly. Their feet are cream in color. Will get their blue feet when attaining sexual maturity.
COURTSHIP: In reality, the blue-footed booby is not stupid. Their odd display is for impressing the female. The male will show off by showing his feet. He will strut in front of the female. He will present some nesting material in his beak. In the end, he will do a dance called sky-pointing. He will point beak to the sky with tail and wings raised.
BREEDING: If the female accepts the male they will breed. (They are monogamous at least for the breeding season.) The female will lay 2-3 eggs a few days apart. The parent will start to incubate when the first egg is laid. All chicks will hatch at different dates. Both parents will contribute to incubating the eggs and feeding the chicks. The amount of either sex feeds the chicks will depend on the age of the chicks.

Blue-footed Booby chicks can kill their siblings and adults con contribute too. This due to the environmental conditions in which the lack of food present. The youngest and the weakest chick will be killed.

Well, the feet are fully webbed with the addition of the fourth toe being moved forward like the others. Sorry about the inconsistency of the fifth toe in the back. Spore can be a pain sometimes in creating realistic creatures.
