Description
My tribute to my heritage. Mr. Erikson came to America years before the rest, because he had an urge to explore. Mother Russia today would not be the same if the Vikings had not been. It is hard to really put into perspective the giant leap they faced when they first sailed out to sea. Leaving their homes behind in search of new land not knowing if it would be their last voyage, and as well they wouldn't know what type of sea creatures could possibly exist out there that we take for granted knowing about. We know the sea life, but for all they knew there were sea creatures the size of a mountain out in the sea. Let the honor and glory that lies in the hearts of all warriors and explorers like Leif, Eric, Trondar, and others never fade!
