?Past: ?I know I shouldn?t, but sometimes I just can?t help but think what my life would now be like if I hadn?t rebelled against my parents? wishes and chosen my own path. Could I have done more by promoting the Omni-Empire?s interests in the Hannes01 galaxy? Or by inheriting my father?s business and helping improve the galactic trade economy? Does saving lives one planet at a time really matter in the grand cosmic scale of things??

?Future: ?Future is uncertain, unlike the past. We can?t mold it to our liking no matter how much we try; we can only do our best to try and see our wishes fulfilled. And sometimes, even if we don?t get what we want, we?ll find something equally important, if not more, on the journey to amelioration.?

?Musings: ?...Is it really possible for someone to eat so much fish that they start turning into one??

About Fisur: ?I owe everything to him. He?s the only reason I wasn?t thrown out of the Captain Training Program when the instructors found out about my ?condition?. All the other teachers refused to train me, saying they didn?t want to tarnish their records by having a ?broken student? die before even making it down to the planet where the mission or adventure would take place. But then there was this one old fella?clearly drunk and reeking of not wanting to be there, because he really didn?t?and he said he?d train me. Though his reason was just that once I inevitably shattered my bones, he?d be freed from his ?mandatory mentor duties?... we ended up becoming an inseparable team. He might be an old, smelly drunkard, but he?s also one of the best captains in the galaxy. And I wouldn?t want to be paired with anyone else?not even the legendary Omni-Emperor himself.?

About Scifi: ?He?s the reason I started pursuing my dream of becoming a space captain. His tale is just? Wow. From an adventurer?s son to the ruler of an entire galaxy, he seems almost omnipotent! And yet, when you meet him, he?s one of the humblest, kindest people you?ll ever come across. He listens to everyone. Even with his mountain of duties, he still finds time to go off on the occasional solo adventure or two! And despite all the torment, mutilation, and death he?s endured, he never slows down; never loses his confidence.?

About Sbaaz-Buz: ?I never told Fisur or anyone else, but I actually kind of met the ?mad rogue-captain? before his so-called ?fall to madness?. He was visiting the hospital where I was undergoing surgery for my Xanthofragilitas, and he was in the observation gallery while the doctors were discussing the possibility of replacing my most fragile bones with stronger ones from deceased donors. My only memory of him is bursting into the room out of nowhere and demanding the doctors use his ?newest invention??some kind of nanite swarm that could reconstruct my entire skeleton into something stronger. My mother, who was there at the time, had him escorted out... and I?ve been wondering ever since whether he really meant to help me or had something more nefarious in mind?like turning me into his puppet. Wouldn?t exactly be out of character for him??

About Mork: ?I have to admit?I didn?t see Mork?s betrayal coming at all. He seemed so much like his older brother, Scifi. Compassionate, attentive, always listening? and then, when he tried to open the decoy Ark of Confidence and heard his brother?s fake message, he snapped. He showed his true colors?drooling like a madman, swearing he?d kill all of us for ?wasting his precious time?. I was legitimately shocked. Scared, even. Good thing both Fisur and The Captain were there to stop him from doing anything more than delivering threats. Threats that, as we?ve now learned, have become a frightening reality.?
