They are designed to fill sniper and reconnaissance roles in advance of convoys or battle formations, as well as stationary perimeter defense.Since the tank?s roles often see it acting from a stationary location for long periods of time, the tank carries large amounts of disruptive camouflage tenting and netting for ?digging in?. In the sniping role, the tank carries provision to sustain the crew for up to 3 weeks at a time.The tanks are covered in a thin layer of steel armor with Explosive reactive armor as additional defense in vital areas. The entirety of the vehicle is then covered with a thick thermal shield to help conceal the tank?s heat signature. This thinner armor typically precludes the Moray from direct combat situations, and it will use its 7-barrelled smoke launchers to escape confrontation if discovered.The tanks carry 2 very unique 40mm ?Long John? bolt-action rifles in their turrets. These specialized weapons fire a diamond-tipped slug using a hypergolic propellant. They do not fire quickly (requiring manual reloading between each shot), but are very quiet and highly accurate when used in tandem with the Moray?s triocular targeting array. Under good wind conditions, these rifles can strike within a 1.5 foot circle at a range of about 8 miles.In an engagement within 1,000 yards, the Moray can make use of its fearsome twin 30mm automatic cannons. They spit out a 3:1 Ratio of Kinetic Sabot and High Explosive Incendiary shells to neutralize threats. Though powerful, the weapon is very loud and typically only used as a last resort due to limited amounts of ammunition.The tank has 2 secondary turrets mounted atop the main one. These both contain a single silenced 9mm Machine gun for use as point defense. The unusual turret-on-turret design allows the tank to maintain area defense from secondary threats while the main rifles are trained on distant primary targets.--
