Description

The G-2 upgrade to the Spearhead is also front line high speed hovertank. Built for quick, forward strikes; diving through enemy lines to make surgical strikes against key strategic targets like its predecessor. The G-2, however, features a lower profile and more efficient engines, removing the necessity for the heavy central lift engine. The added internal space has made it so that the drive cabin could be moved back and split in two for an additional pilot station. For added protection, chaffsmoke launchers have been added to foul enemy vision and sensors. Like its cousin, mounted within the nose of the tank is the folding cutter, called "slingblade" by its crews. It is intended by its designers to allow the vehicle to speed through overgrown areas without vines and saplings catching the engine nacelles. Some crews, however, have found new uses for the blades: When speeding through enemy encampments, some crews open the blades to thin out the opposing forces. Those that can't get out of the way are cut down, those that lay flat are seared by the intense heat underneath the vehicle. This behaviour is, of course, discouraged; but there have been no history of consequences for such actions. ------- Original Design by Angelsilhouette

great hovertank concept :) and nice use of the wings as cutters R+ :) you can make a more dark version???

By Angelsilhouette

The wings are actually cutters, used for clearing light vegetation from its path to prevent damage to the engine mounts.
