Try adding some bling and just Tab-rotating it inside the hull if you have the complexity to work with.

Heheh, yeah, too bad cargo cannisters don't add economic value. :p Gotta have banners and bling for that.

I can't help but be amused by the fact that it's loaded full of cargo canisters, but is only 9% economic. ;)
