Ryarno watched as the creature withdrew; yet the damage was done. He only hoped that Shakul and the others onboard would escape relatively unharmed... or infected. He continued to monitor it, but helping their allies was currently the thing that drew most of his attention.
Meanwhile, Shakul cursed at his situation. Something was about to eat through the door. He entered the door beyond the pods and entered his quarters. He looked back towards what looked an empty closet. He sped towards it and pressed his hand against the back of it. It opened; the old suit was still there after all this time.
It still fit him, although it still chafed his skin. A little discomfort, though, is much better compared to death. Just as he equipped the helmet and hydrogen pack, the half of the room where the door stood was vaporized by an IGA vessel that tried and succeeded to kill the creature expanding around his ship. 'A close one', he thought before leaping out of the hole in his vessel and the hydrogen thrusters on the pack began to propel him.
He brought something from the pocket of the pack; a pistol. He shot at the spores that attempted to infect him; it fired rounds of powerful laser-like plasma, an advanced weapon sidearm not of Lansâi-make. He managed to make it outside the older IGA vessel. "Hey Ryarno," He spoke on comms to the vessel. "Mind if I come in?"

Nice spacesuit, bronze seems a fitting color. Yet, are their legs as short as seen here?

An old, customized Lansâi spacesuit worn by Shakul. These suits are outdated and not as flexible as newer versions, but are still used for combat-oriented situations due to being the most armored variant.
