No, it's just these are planets without any sapient species, well most of them at least. I actually think it would include planets with space-faring races now when I think about it.

The Grox, straight up never existed in this universe. The universe that Ecomoon takes place in a universe that isn't apart of the spore universe (or galaxy), so no Grox, no Spode, no Steve, and no Clark and Stanley.

Are you trying to say that if you add your Graxen to this, that would mean that Elonios would exist in your universe? (btw, the Grox doesn't exist in the Ecomoon universe)
