Made an entry! Tried to be creative, and had the idea of this fella for a good while.

Rule 12 continued: stone age, and to survive without a skeleton or exoskeleton on land, they'd need a low gravity planet with a thick atmosphere. Low gravity automatically excludes thick atmospheres and end up as dead or airless like Mars or the moon.
