Descripción

This is my really bad attempt at Star Wars' Mon Calamari at a friend's request. If anyone can do better or has suggestions go for it. I want a version that's better than this or the few others on Spore so far. Credit to WolfODonnel for the template.

NGL, I was kinda aiming for a mix of large waterfowl, Azdarchid pterosaur and a couple hints of Albatross and large birds of prey.

-but could the close proximity of the other planets to one another cause similar affects to a moon?

Por sammywhiskers

I'm guessing it depends on other factors? Say one of the TRAPPIST-1 planets, ignoring the other possible affects of the star itself, since the star is so small and they orbit so close, it would be unlikely they'd have a moon due to their tiny hillsphere,

Question, is it nescessary for planets to have a large moon in orbit for life to evolve or is it not?

Por sammywhiskers

For example, lifeforms rivaling possibly Elonios' (yes it's fictional but still) oceanic lifeforms in size could be noticably more common then on the blue moon

Europa's life, assuming it was advanced enough, would likely show signs of deep sea gigantism or in this case, global sea giganism, the ocean would be massive, dark, and Europa having very low gravity could create massive lifeforms

I'm making an AUSF underwater base, so yeah I could include a giant Europan animal, just one more question, why would it get big? Big oceanic animals are either Apex predators or Filter feeders

Woah, nice, but like wait, could europan life really get that large? I know Arthur C clark tries to make stuff as realistic as possible but still

Por sammywhiskers

I kinda misred what you said but thinking about it, that should make sense as they're pretty basic and very likely to evolve on other worlds
