there's usually not much of a real *point* to it, per se, but it's fun to do and it used to be a pretty big thing on here. (usually with dragons, since dragons are pretty popular on here, but there were a lot of original species or random creatures too)

@ your comment - oh, basically how egg adoptables work is after someone claims one, the original creator makes the result of what hatches from the egg, and the resultant creature "belongs" to the adopter!

It's just that at their current evolution level, I can't imagine the snailbois managing to evolve psuedo-limbs where other predatory arthropoids/salamandriformes exist. (Tubar's contributions are a close-cut)

This is a lovely strange gastropoid. However, is it possible you could make another version closer in form to the current gastropoids in the set? At least locomotion-wise?

I'm envisaging this chap as large for a gastropod-type creature with a shell size comparable to a mid-size turtle, maybe.
