The worse case scenario is you could try uninstalling and reinstalling spore. That fixes most weird issues. You'd have to re-add any mod files afterwards too.

if anyone can help me figure out how to fix this specfic issue- i cannot access my profile ingame, says unable to connect to spore servers however i can still upload stuff and interact with things and i can access my profile from the website
