Description
This is an entry for the DISPORED COMMUNITY TOURNAMENT!
One of the most defining features of the Tarkan-3 landscape. This bizzare plant grows from dead fauna and produces trillions of spores within a day of sprouting. The plant is edible and relies on being consumed by the fauna in order to reproduce. The ecosystem greatly relies on this plant - the so-called Blood Forests, which cover over 70% of dry land on Tarkan-3, are comprised mostly of variations of this plant. The species does not rely on photosynthesis - the leaves act as air filters that collect chemicals in the air. Corpsideae also form large root networks which allow for cooperation with other plantlife and fungi.
