Description
The Empire of Diablos has two main fleets, the Inner Fleet and Outer Fleet. The Inner Fleet is based near the galactic core and is in constant warfare with the Grox. The Outer Fleet is based in the outer reaches of the galaxy and battles against the Warlord Faction races. Vladimir Korsair is the Admiral of the Outer fleet. His years of service have cost him an arm, a wing, half of his tail and his right eye.
