Descripción
All Bristlebacks are inslaved by a force they call the Grim, who watches over their labors from the City Hall. Contrary to their belife, the monster in top is just a suclpture. The real monster is a minion of the Dark Spode, deep inside the building.

Definately don't want to go into this extremely striking looking bldg - though I really like the sculpture on top.
