That Village Dunce is looking at you, better go see what he wants.Now, Go grab a Grenade over there next to the house, and throw it at city hall! Now use the portal!

grab the keycard and use the other portal, talk to the general, grab the blue key, and use the next portal.

go to the next portal! Now go back to the portal under city hall! You can open the door with the key! talk with the Ring Leader! Now pick a path! both may look easy bot one may end in death!
