Intro message:
The villagers have shown you nothing but what the Sandman wants: simplicity; and the water thieves deserve the chance to have water and reclaim the life that was taken from them.
Win message:
There's no telling whether the Water thieves can maintain the new peace, but there is the assurance that they will try, and the assurance that they will put the water and the peace to good use
Lose message:
The red planet is harsh. You really ought to learn the ways of dust before wandering into hell-holes in the desert.
Acts
ACT 1 :   The Most Realistic Mirage
It's tough to convince someone that the miraculous is true. Harder even, when you're still pretending to be someone you actually aren't (thanks to the Sandman's Wife).
ACT 2 :   A Bit of Grub
Apparently, people have to eat food around here, and nobody seems to have any. Looks like you're destined for more egg hunting, and while you're there, you should squash some bugs.
ACT 3 :   Annoying Little Flies
South, that's where the water was found... but the entire south pole is ringed in mountains... there must be a way in somewhere.
ACT 4 :   Backtracking
There it is, just like you said it would be. An entire ocean, untapped, waiting for the return of the Water thieves... though they are hardly thieves, now.
ACT 5 :   A Chance Meeting
Preparations to move are underway, but somebody needs to clear the way... of course, that's you. And if the swarm has moved on, just keep an eye out for trouble.
ACT 6 :   Two Giants Doth Speak...
It's hard to predict what happens on this planet, and both sides have lost persons in violence... it will be a difficult truce if any truce at all.
ACT 7 :   Water Stained With Blood

ACT 8 :   These People of Dust
Your work here is done. The villagers and the water thieves, though, have much more work to do. A peace must be maintained, two cultures must be nurtured, a few more sandy graves must be dug.
