ACT 1 : Talk to your lieutenant
Get a brief briefing from your lieutenant

ACT 2 : Get a full briefing
Speak to your commander through the communications array for a full briefing on your mission.

ACT 3 : Destroy the Generator Core
Move through the 3 colonies and make your way to the Generator Core and destroy it. There are supplies along the way. Also, don't try to cheat, you have to go through the colonies.

Escape past the gaurds and get to the base. On the double!

Attack the Hierarchy with everything you've got. Destroy their buildings, and their reinforcements. I recommend staying far back and using ranges weapons.
