ACT 1 : Wow...
It didn't take long for the press to get all over this. Talk to the Guards to see how much long I'll have to wait before the council is ready.

ACT 2 : Talk to the receptionist.
I wonder why I'm going to talk to the councilor himself first...

ACT 3 : Nice diggs...
Move through the hall and go through the door at the end.

ACT 4 : I don't think he is finished...
Try to talk to him again...
