ACT 1 :

ACT 2 : a purchase
you can find almsot anything you want to buy in the market, i'm sure some one will have some epicum to sell.

ACT 3 : a refund
you better get a some money from the inventor, you can't just give away $600, even if it is to help make a new vehicle

ACT 4 : a request
the councle manage the worker distributain, if you need some workers its best to ask them.

ACT 5 : hazzah!
you got the workers, now, what else does the inventor need...

ACT 6 : his mum...
if you hadn't learnt long ago its not worth arguing when people ask you to do simiple and stupid tasks you wouldn't be doing this right now...
