Create a diversion by disabling the power supply to the defense system. That will allow you to access the mainframe and collect data. Follow Joe's footsteps, if you get caught it's over.

The Bolari are falling for it, all of the guards and mechanics are rushing to the defense system. Run to the garage close by, hopefully there's computer access in there.

All of the captive animals are loose... so much for stealth. Run back to the village and seal off the catacombs so the Bolari don't follow. Stay clear of falling rocks!
