Description

CITY HALL: Colonial-1 is a space vessel developed to act as a colony-in-a-box. Once its scan tools detect a suitable planet it lands and releases its worker drone, which sets up the colony. (Created by masscolder, uses elements of G3NJI's Vector Corp)
