Description
Emerging from the dregs of tribal society, the proud authoritarian Council of Warriors on Chibi, consisting of only the most savage, strong, ruthless (and cuddly) Chibinites, wantonly declared themselves rulers over the entire planet. Civil war immediately broke out as rival factions each sought to claim planet Chibi for their own. Even amongst the Council, there was immense in-fighting as each leader sought to conquer all of the three continents on their planet.
Eventually, the global conflict boiled over and abruptly came to a standstill as a vast army led by one of the members from the shattered Council emerged victorious from the messy impediments of war.
His name was Fuzzy Wuzzy Kins. He ruled with an iron fist (and a charismatic smile) over the whole planet. Imperator Kins immediately set into motion a mad rush for the world beyond Chibi's atmosphere, focusing all of the planet's spice, steel and other resources into crafting spaceworthy vessels to terrorize the stars.
The war saw the loss of millions of lives, and Chibi was forever scarred by craters left by missiles and crumbling facades of buildings. The mad rush for spacefaring technology imposed by Imperator Kins further worsened the casualty count from the war as the Chibinites toiled, laboured and slaved.
But did anyone care? Of course they did, but when you're ruled by a dictatorship those who care are... terminated.
