Description
A windmill designed by the infamous inventor Toma Hasahashi for the mighty king Leviathanian. It is a multifunctional windmill as well as aesthetic. (Needless to say, this was made as a tribute to Leviathanian :oD) Oh, and it is not too complex XD.
