Description
The Arveclos, in their attempts to improve relations with neighbors, devised a ship that when nearing a system they're not framiliar with, creates a holographic antagonist to look hostile to the other race. The Arveclos then "come to the rescue", "destroying" the holographic oppressor. Now looking like a hero to the populace, they begin negotiations. The large discs on the sides are claimed to be shield emitters, but are actually the emitters for the hologram ship, though they can be used to generate shields. Weaponry consists of the 2 2-barrel Varia-launcher Cannons on the sides.

The part on the lower front is a variable emitter, used mostly for gravity control (i.e. tractor/repulsor beams).
