{the picture was glitched the first time I shared it, decided to reshare it} The Cryr race are calcium based crystalline life that collect a use animal bones for creating complicated bodies. Ever since the Zevain race seeded them in the Zarath system, the race of Zevais view these as a tasty meal and a good source of calcium.

Cool series, but this is still my fave. I could imagine huge bone constructions that kind of frame a built core like this one has.
