Description
The Tetrarch are raised in the books of the ancients. As proctors of the church they decide the agenda of the empire and establish its moral values and ethics. The Tetrarch is quite possibly the most powerful clan because of the deeply seeded religious beliefs of the Aaren. They are often looked to for guidance over the Conclave. In theory the church is can be held accountable in front of a tribunal held by the Conclave. Military and financial support is also required for the church to function properly and the loss thereof could harm the progress of the church greatly. However, the church has never even come close to upsetting the people enough for any of the other clans to need to enact these checks. The Tetrarch are headed by a prophet who is the voice of the church to the rest o f the empire and sits on the Council to ensure the divine nature of laws being created.
