Description

Now know as ?Ruin (short for Bruin), the rotund little bear of yesterdays has disappeared, leaving a brute who has literally ripped foes limb from limb. Strength and rage fueled by excess testosterone, he has become muscled to an extent seen only in professional body builders. He is also no longer the bumbling buffoon he used to be. The dilemma facing the Wood forced him to put aside those ways and devour every bit of knowledge Owl could impart to him. He now runs the gang from the 100-Acre Wood, directing their capers and rampages against the foul humans who tried to destroy them. Though raging against the humans, he is also a fan of popular culture. Though he still maintains a delight for honey, he usually partakes of it in the form of Mead rather than its natural state.


Disney doesn?t rule all realities and in one, things didn't go so well for the inhabitants of the 100-acre Wood after Chris grew up. The spry little lad turned into a cut-throat financier specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and dissolutions. Oh, sure, he got rich but he had forgotten all about his childhood friends in the Wood and only got greedier.

When Chris took ownership of the 100-Acre Wood, he had no greater desire than to parcel it off for luxury homes. The friends didn?t know this though and tried to contact Chris and reaffirm their old friendship. Talking woodland critters weren?t in Chris? plan, so he sicced the dogs on them; chasing them deep into the Wood.

The hunters came next. Rabbit was the first to go; too forgetful and slow to escape. Kanga went down next, protecting Roo so he might escape. The friends fled as far into the Wood as they could, but they knew it was them or the outsiders? nothing would ever be the same.

Owl, a natural hunter and wise in many things, taught them how to defend themselves and fight back. Soon the Wood was riddled with traps and the hunters were forced to flee instead. When the loggers came they were slaughtered before a half-dozen trees fell. What they did to Christopher Robin is too horrifying to recount, but he did not perish quickly.

Pooh?s gang is high on the most-wanted list for their rampages outside the Wood and into towns large and small. No law enforcement agency will follow them into the Wood though; it?s suicide to do so. The military won?t help, but firebombing the Wood might be the only way to stop the menace.
