Cool template, james. You know, I couldn't find that upper section of the orbital tower on your Spore Page... maybe my computer's stupid, or I'm just going blind.

I opened it up in the editor, and I looked at all the effects and everything.... wow. great template, the only thing is you should make the three residents non-invulnerable.

Need a massive empty city to roll around in? Here you go! Just be sure to delete the buildings on the other continent to free up complexity...
