Description
Not much is known about the assassin known only as The Jay. He roams from galaxy to galaxy in search of the highest bidder for his services. His success is renowned throughout the galaxy and therefore his wealth is immense. This nicety has allowed The Jay to outfit himself with state of the art weaponry including an advanced plasmaform claw capable of generating any type of known plasmatic material (fire, lighnting, etc.) and a top of the line particle accelleration cannon able to incinerate even the thickest armor.

The armour pieces are well placed and, judging by the thumbnail (I'll surely look at it in-game later), don't seem to conflict with each other much.
