Description
The Nareil is a collective consciousness found within certain freshwater lakes and rivers. These creatures are actually made up of living water cells, tied to the consciousness that binds them. This consciousness can tap into an internal well of psychokinetic energy to bind together water into any form it wishes. Though often unobtrusive, they sometimes, if rarely, reveal themselves to passerby. As documented appearances are few and far between, these creatures simply remain a myth in the minds of the galactic populace.

For a form changing water creature simplicy goes for it the best indeed. It has a feelin' like when being still, it can seem very peaceful and calming, but when something happens it can move in a speed of light.
