--- (I made this in 15min)--- My good friend and fellow creator "Minds_Eye" was banned PERMANENTLY from Spore due to his 'third strike' ban. There are 2 problems with this. One: The creation shared was not offensive in the slightest. It was a bipedal bunny with breasts but no nipples so it doesn't even convey any sort of sexual message. Just an homage to the female form that we've all come to know. The 2nd problem is that Minds Eye never recieved a second banning which was apparently issued last Dec. In fact, he was able to log in the VERY DAY of the supposed banning. And to top it off, EA is demanding that Minds Eye not contact them anymore to discuss the matter. Not even to state that he never recieved a 2nd banning. I don't believe this method of management is very fair. He is not even getting a chance to defend himself despite the Terms of Agreement. So watch out, people. Anyone can falsely report something of yours and you will be brought before the EA tribunal where they may not speak to you directly until they decide to permaban you and throw the TOA in your face like it was the constitution. Spread the word people! Contact Maxis and EA if you feel the need. Maybe enough pressure will lead to an unbanning. Minds_Eye: Hope to you see you again. You deserve the last laugh, afterall. EA: I just hope your shares keep falling...

well whenever they persue me of bans i ignore it because in the terms of agreement it clearly states that banned persons can have a chance of telling EA the problem. in which this matter, they broke their own rules. so EA can just step off. i'm a menace.

Also, um... I haven't seen the creation in question but I can tell you by looking at some of his other content that you and I both have made WAAAY more "sexually promiscuous" creations than him...
