I know! I cant believe that after he rescued Cindy from the Big Daddy and Big Sister he got caught at Fontaine Futuristics and had to join the Protector Program.

I remember him. A Big Sister stole his daughter on the surface and he came to Rapture to get her. He was a Rumbler i believe.
