I couldn't find Maxis's The Meaningless Turtle, so I had to use rowinboy's The Meaningless Turtle Screwed Up for this.
The Golden Dragon was such a jerk, so he forced Sol to move halfway across Cortause. Luckily the Meaningless Turtle moved...
