Description

The Tavito is a fearsome combination of IFV and Light APC, capable of transporting 6 Troops inside it's hull and is armed with a light cannon and 2 MGs. However, it makes up for these advantages with light armour, and a slow speed of 55mph.

How does this look like a mining vehicle? It's a Combat vehicle armed with a small cannon and 2 MGs! Did you read the description?
