ch.4...dealing with downraters...down raters are mean groups of online people that always try to make you feel bad by commenting or down rating,to avoid this,block the person be ing mean from commenting,and ignore the down rate...well i hope i helped,bye!

ch.3....be patient.wait to get comments,ask other people to review your creations.if your creation dodent get comments,keep building!if your creation has a mad face,and your creations not affensive in any way,it a downrater.(ch.4)
