Description

The Long Shot is one of a small group built by a dying race to explore for a new planet. The Long Shot is actually two pieces, a long range engine and an atmosphere capable ship. In deep space mode the ship is clamped to the engine but when a possible suitable planet is within range the small ship will detach and explore the planets surface. The long range engine is built for longevity and endurance and uses retractable side inlets to scoop up hydrogen for fuel.
