Description

Mushpold II of Shrumia is the monarch of the Mushroom Kingdoms, ascending to the throne after orchestrating a coup against the empty-headed dictator Princess Peach the Pink. He instantly rose to prominence for both his lavish love of cheesecake and his interest in sporechitectural engineering; he spent hours in the editor, planning out the dozens of new building styles in which to house his people, edifying new cities and laying down a thousand thousand miles of railroad for the sake of doing something with his spare time.His father, Mushpold the Not-so-Great, was the first king of Shrumia; from his mother, he inherited the title to the neighboring Archduchy of Hongotolia. His exploits have led him to meeting the great personages who would become his colleagues; he befriended fellow nobleman Comte Arnaux of Wymar; hosted the inventor Alberto Galilei in his court; chased the knight Sir Slarti around before finally sharing his cheesecake with him; and had countless tea appointments with close friend Lady Anna ?Ansje? B?aroque (who introduced him to his future wife, Mycellia of Pilzarre). Nowadays the king is rarely seen, though he?s prone to having occasional outbursts of creativity. His love for detail and his unique style continue to inspire praise amongst budding sporechitects even today.-Well people, tis at last be my entry for the 2011 Sporenaissance Avatar Contest.
