Common sayings are things that people say alot, kinda like their catchphrases. I'm gonna do the common sayings for my two main characters, Cobalt and Negative. (in comments)

The Scions aare a Fury race from Battlezone 2, they all most destroyed Earth if it wasn't wasn't for the ISDF destroying the heart and core of the Scion race. The Scion race depends on one planet called Core in order to survive.
