Description

Lepcis Magna was a city on the coast of what is now Libya. It became part of Carthage in 400 B.C., and was annexed by Rome after the third Punic War. It was later captured by the Vandals, then sacked by the Berbers in 523. By 650, it was all but destroyed.

We have something similar on November 11th, with lanterns and songs, but no outfitting, too bad :)
