They can play it and it'll show their name regardless. The ratings DO work. But not the play counter, which of course blocks other things such as the difficulty and the Spore points.

That's probably a sign that you have it. Like for an example you play your faviroute sport but then you just dont want to anymore because something triggers you not to. Like being bullied.
