Description
A small relative of the Skimmer (the second Malusavian and DA-6X942 creature I made on my old account). It filter feeds in shallow lakes. Honestly I was just trying to see if I could use "Neo-teeny" part on a realistic creature. Viola, mouth-eyelashes!
