Description
The universe, being full of life, is consequently full of garbage. Enter the Lulupians, who single-handedly destroyed the ecosystem of their home planet and multiple others in their solar system to hold all the galaxy's garbage in a single place.
The motive behind the Lulupians' decision was unclear until recent psycho-analysis revealed that the collective whole of Lulupian kind is convinced that trash IS treasure. The Galactic Council has since declared the species insane.
