Description
An unknown engineer once built this thing.It seemed like the engineer was often at the junkyard and picked up scrap metal and tried to make vehicles.Then he made this vehicle wich is very difficult to drive around and shoot.He is skilled(goes on in tags)

These however are made of scrap parts, built from a chassis of a vehicle that was never designed to be a combat vehicle.
