Their camoflauge is unlike that of Earth Chameleons, as they do not change their color but rather their intensity. They darken themselves to match shadows or thick foliage, and intensify their blue spots to attract mates/scare rivals.

The chosen prey is attacked from behind, the Khameleon using its teeth to inflict a deep, painful wound, chewing the venom into its prey. Khameleon venom causes drowsiness and heavy bleeding, the prey collapsing soon after the attack.

Khameleons sleep during the day, resting in thick brush. They hunt at night, stalking through forests in search of prey. They have serrated teeth groved like those of Earth boomslangs.
