? Greetings: Hello, hello! My name is Qaldow. So, what would you like to know?

? Myself: I am a Space Captain who represents the Spiritancy. Other than that.. well.. I guess I am a builder. Not just in terms of manufacturing and such, but I mean general improvement. Progress. Connections. The universe is like a mess of building blocks, and I would like to help assemble them. Being a Space Captain allows me to be out there, grasping and moving those blocks. We can build something nice together.

? Fascinations: There?s still just so much we don?t know about the universe. And alone, we can?t learn much. But I?ve noticed that when we share knowledge with others, we learn so much more, so many intricacies and unique perspectives. That?s what I?m fascinated by: just how much more complex and rich this world of ours is than how it may seem on the surface.

? Family: I was mentored from a young age by Teknos. It was he who taught me.. well, pretty much everything. I was lucky to be found by someone who saw in me potential that I didn?t.

? Favourite Food: There?s this nutritional slurry I developed from red spice and various bioengineered products. The stuff is like fuel to me. I tried to distribute it, but for some reason it never really gained popularity.

? Favourite Drink: Water.

? Love: I love overcoming problems. Solving things. I used to have a difficult time finding my place in the world, but one of the things Teknos imparted to me was the love for fixing things. It?s how I can interact with the world and leave my mark. Whether it?s a piece of machinery or a person whose life I?ve made better, it?s something that serves as a proof of my work. Proof that something I did had a meaning.

? Hate: I try not to use the word ?hate? much. Whenever I am overwhelmed by negative emotions, an unfortunate result of some things a Space Captains experiences on the field, I try to compartmentalise and view the situation from a bigger, more objective view to see how to best resolve it. Oftentimes, what seems malicious is only a symptom of something else. Something fixable.

But.. not always. That?s what I hate, I guess. There aren?t always good solutions. Just.. less bad ones. And it?s not often easy to tell.

? Aspirations: As a representative of the Spiritancy, I should probably say that I aspire to fulfill the prophecy of the God That Will Come. Which I do, of course. But it won?t do to rely on ancient promises alone. There is a lot of good that can be made of this world. A lot of beautiful, ingenious things. Even if I don?t end up seeing the prophecy fulfilled myself, there is still much I can create on my own.

? Fears: Sometimes I fear that everything we build will come crashing down. It feels like there's just so much constant adversity dragging us down. Like we may reach the threshold where we can no longer fix things.

? Hobbies: If it?s not clear enough from just looking at me, I like tinkering. I also have a little personal garden on my space station. I find occasionally meditating there helps me balance out a bit.

? Past: I was born with defects, like the inability to generate enough menenos gas within my body to move properly. But thanks to the help of others, I managed to accept and deal with my challenges. Now I want to return the favor, and support others with their problems.

? Future: I think there is much to be hopeful and excited about in the future. But there is also a lot of work ahead of us. We can?t just rest idle. Have a plan, have multiple. Change them as you learn more. And act. It?s worked out for me so far!

? Musings: How do I prevent a habronic substansizer from emanating a double-looping wave-release when exposed to category seven ultra-bound material, without dampening the nubelor factor?
