I think if you already have a version of a creature that was in the space outfitter, Spore will prioritize that version to appear in the space stage. But I have seen regular unoutfited creatures I've made before!

I'm usually wary of warriors too, and zealots even more so, but if I think the design is fun then I make friends and don't mind paying tribute lol. I find they don't bother you for money as often and they never attack you when you're allied
