Descripción
When a meteor struck Pluneria and wiped out half of its life forms, it also supplied the atmosphere with rich oxygen. Subsesquently, the Plunerii's vacuvillus began to shrink, allowing space for a much larger brain. The Plunerii were becoming sentient.
